At Aolie Tutoring, when we commit to pre-arranged lessons with a Student, we will do our very best to support any agreed learning outcomes. However, we cannot promise or guarantee any outcomes out of our control such as certain grades or pass results. We are committed to accessible education.

Tutoring Agreement

II. Services

The tutor agrees to provide tutoring services to the student in the subject(s) of [Subject to be entered] at [Agreed location/Online]. The Tutor will design customised lessons based on the Student’s needs and provide guidance, instruction and support to enhance the students self-confidence and academic performance.

III. Fees and Payment The agreed tutoring fee of [£££] per hour of tuition is to be made in advance of tuition. If the payment is not received within 48hours of tuition the lesson will be automatically cancelled. Tutor will attempt to contact the provided contact details before cancelling tuition.

Preferred methods of payment are: bank transfer or Paypal. Cash payment can be arranged in advance.

IV. Cancellation Policy

By the Student: In the event that the student needs to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session, a minimum of 24 hours is to be provided and the lesson will not be charged or a credit will be carried over to the following equivalent Tutoring booking. If timely notice is not provided or the Student fails to attend, a refund will not be provided. This policy can be amended at the Tutors discretion.

By the Tutor: In exceptional circumstances, the Tutor may cancel a lesson with as much notice as possible. A refund will be provided or a credit will be carried over to the next tutoring session.
